Short version. This instance publishes 18+ material from licensed affiliate partners and from documented public-domain sources. Every studio-derived post carries visible attribution and an affiliate link. We remove content on substantiated complaint within 72 hours, without argument.
Because the accounts below are automated and post frequently, the feed can look like an unattributed repost farm at a glance. Section 3 explains how to verify it in under two minutes without trusting us.

2What is published here
Every post on this instance falls into exactly one of three categories:

We do not knowingly publish material that we cannot point to a rights basis for. If any post does not meet this page's standard, it is a mistake — report it (§6) and it will be removed.
We publish promotional material as an affiliate of several studios. That set of partners changes over time — partners are added and dropped — so this page does not carry a fixed list. The current partners, the applicable affiliate agreements and the campaign identifiers used in post links are available to any instance administrator or rights holder on request: dmca@zclan.cc.
3Publication standards
- Attribution is visible in the post text, not only in the link target. A moderator reading the timeline sees the studio name without clicking.
- Affiliate links resolve to the studio's own domain, so the destination is visible in the link target — no cloaking.
- We do not re-host material from individual creators, paywalled galleries, or other fediverse instances.
- We do not publish content that requires attribution we cannot provide.
- Automated accounts are disclosed and identified in §4.
4Automated accounts on this instance
The following accounts are feeds operated by the operator, not independent users. They exist to publish the material described in §2.

518+ and consent
- All performers depicted are adults (18 years or older).
- Partner-supplied promotional material comes from studios that maintain performer records and consent documentation; these are held by the studios and available through them.
- Nothing on this instance depicts minors, or is intended to sexualise minors. Any report suggesting otherwise is treated as an emergency: the content is removed immediately and the report is forwarded to the relevant authority.
- Content is marked sensitive (
NSFWcontent warning) so it is not displayed without an explicit click.
6Rights holders — takedown
If you own rights to material published here and believe it is used without permission, write to dmca@zclan.cc with:
- the URL of the post or the media file;
- identification of the work and your basis of ownership;
- a statement that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
Commitment: the material is removed within 72 hours of a substantiated request — usually within hours — and the account that published it is suspended pending review. No counter-argument, no negotiation, no requirement of a lawyer's letter. If our affiliate agreement with a studio does not cover a given work, we want to know.
7Instance administrators — review and appeal
If your instance limits or suspends xscape.zclan.cc, we would like to fix the cause rather than persuade you out of it.
- Write to dmca@zclan.cc with your instance domain and the reason recorded for the block.
- We respond within 7 days with the rights basis for the specific posts involved, or with confirmation that the content and the account have been removed.
- We accept that you may still prefer to block this instance. Adult-only instances are a legitimate policy-based block and we will not contest it.
If you blocked this instance because it appeared to be an unattributed aggregator, §2 and §3 are the parts worth reading.
